Address Book Issue – Message from Canada Post

From Canada Post: Over the weekend Canada Post implemented legally mandated changes to our website so that it would meet official languages federal regulations. This has caused many links to no longer work such as the ““Retrieve from Address Book” found in the EOE secure tool that the Library Shipping Tool uses. 

A PULSE ticket was opened and we are investigating and working towards a resolution.

Address books are still there and can be accessed through the “Add/Modify Address Book” link at the top, but addresses will need to be cut and paste and not autofilled with a click.
