Shipping Labels Checklist

Create a shipping label in minutes by selecting a recipient, entering your shipping library and destination details, and adding any optional contact or reference information. Use our handy Shipping Labels Checklist to make sure you have package type, dimensions, weight, and payment details ready before you print.

  1. Select Recipient
    Choose the recipient’s name from the address book or create a new shipment.
  2. Enter Shipping Library Details
    Provide the name and address of the shipping library, along with an email address and phone number.
  3. Add Additional Email Addresses (Optional)
    Enter up to two extra email addresses to receive delivery updates.
  4. Enter Destination Information
    If you didn’t start from an address book contact, enter the destination name and address.
  5. Additional details (Optional)
    Add recipient phone number, email address, reference number, and cost center.
  6. Specify Package Type and Dimensions
    Choose between “Document” and “Box, mailer, triangular mailing tube” and enter its dimensions and weight.
  7. Confirm Payment Method
    Pay for your mailing using a credit card or prepaid card (only credit cards are accepted).
  8. Print your shipping label
